Business experience
I am a Senior Consultant, Assessor and Executive Coach supported by the exposure, during the last 20 years, to managerial roles in different companies and industries. My expertise in training has been acquired in the H.R. departments of Piaggio & Co. and Waste Management Italia. While at Waste Management I devoted much attention to the “trait d’union” between the American and the Italian Management. When employed by Reconta, Ernst & Young, I had the opportunity to interact with people in many other industries.
I lived in Commonwealth Countries for 12 years, and two years in the USA. I am therefore well versed in inter-cultural opportunities and can coach both in Italian and English.
In addition to 1:1 work, I have also engaged training programs on soft skills for teams.

− The CFO and top team of an Italian multinational in the car Industry moving to worldwide challenges. I worked on communication and leadership skills.
− Store managers of a successful Italian fashion company. The objective was to improve soft skills and emotional intelligence competencies for a new leadership role.
− The Top team of an Italian pharmaceutical company: team coaching to reduce internal conflict and rebuild team performance towards previous excellence.
− The Top Team of an Italian IT company wanting to identify and develop leadership potential for the internal team.

Preferred Coaching level and approach
I have worked with senior executives, CFOs and board members helping them develop effective strategies and solutions. I enjoy working with middle managers in transition and ‘high potentials’. As well as partnering leaders, I am also expert in running Leadership Development and Change Management programmes for teams and groups.

Coaching models and tools
In the course of a Coaching programme, I will use a blend of tools and approaches, depending on my client and their needs: Active Listening, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership profiling, NLP, Gestalt models, 360 Feedback, powerful and insightful questions and practical action plans are all part of the mix. I n my work I also use Dolquest Assessment for individual and team development and MRG’s LEA 360° (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis).
